The time of getting the reward for your job comes always with the end of the month. Every single month brings the breath of rely when the money is transferred to your account or when you are able to touch it physically when given to your hand. Our company however has introduced some changes as far as the payments are concerned. From now on, everyone is forced to wait his turn to get paid for thirty days of hard work. These are the times we live in, no one can be sure of his or her position, every single employee can find himself in a difficult situation when he is forced to work and give his best constantly without the perspective of a waiting reward. It really spoils the atmosphere and normal relations. Another stupid idea is that our wages are paid out to us in form of Bullion units. This is why we call this precedence the bullion of hopes, as no one can ever be sure that he becomes one at the end of the month. With the days going by the situation begins to look more and more complicated and a lot of employees are deeply confused by the course of things that happens to touch them. Why do we have to rely on hope and count on some kind of luck. Job should never be dependent on luck. At least not when it comes to payments. And when I receive my first bullion I will probably not be able to stop laughing at the whole thing.
