We are just simple people from west midlands. My husband and I work a normal nine to five jobs to earn the living of newcomers to England. As you can see, the level of our language is not the highest you could imagine. We have never learned that language before coming to the United Kingdom. Life is much easier here, even without the communicating skills. Anyway, we have no friends and no help here - we are all by ourselves. My husband needs some better qualifications to find a better job in the future, I would be grateful for one too. Maybe he could do the same what he used to do back in Algeria. He conducted driving instructor training courses for people and earned money in this way. Recently we took part in a competition - we sent a completed crossword to a newspaper bought a couple of days ago and... to our surprise we were chosen to pick up the main prize - a driving instructor training! Isnt it beautiful? The driving instructor course my husband had back there is not valid here behind the border. They say that our driving instructor training is something completely different than the driving instructor course in England. I dont know how it really is, but for us it doesnt matter already - we have won it and now everything is going to be easier. Besides- it is always good to win the main prize in a lottery, wouldnt you say so?
