More beige baby bedding combinations

I"m not very good at combining colours, so when my mother advised me to get a set of neutral, cot mattress for my daughter, I did not really know which set to choose. That"s true; beige is a neutral colour, just as white or grey, so it should match all colours, no mater what the nursery design is! But I was not sure which set would be best, there were really lots of products available at the shops. There was a set with maroon geometrical figures and green zigzags on it. It was made of quality fabrics and it seemed very comfortable, but otherwise I found it rather dull. I also saw an interesting cot mattress with teal and grey patterns. The design was unique, very interesting, but it would be perfect for adult bedding. Again, a child needs something much more stimulating. Finally, I found something fantastic! The bedding was all beige with some yellow, light green and pink flowers embroidered on it. At first I thought it seemed rather heavy, but the embroidery patterns were very soft and delicate, so I decided to take the bedding anyway. My mother thinks that this cot mattress looks ‘too" colourful, and that my child might in fact feel irritated by such bright and vivid colours, but I don"t agree at all. My daughter simply loves staring at the colourful flowers embroidered on the bedding set!
